Intro call
We get a feel for your budget, your goal (rental income, your own use, or both) and your timeline. If it's not a fit, we'll say so right there.

Choosing an apartment
We show you available apartments that match your budget and goal. When judging rentability we look at things like transport links and unit size. There's no promise of a tenant, a move-in date or a return.

Signing the service agreement
With TerraX Ltd., at a flat fee of ₪25,000 + VAT.
- 04
Power of attorney
The local lawyer drafts it and we arrange the signing. The route, how it's certified and the scope of powers are tailored to you and to what the notary, bank and Ukrainian authorities require.

A Ukrainian bank account in your name
We open a Ukrainian bank account remotely, in your name and under your control, along with a local tax number. Opening the account is subject to the bank's approval and ID checks.

Payment & registration in your name
Payment is made under the purchase agreement, and your right to the property is registered in your name in the State Register. In a project still under construction, the type of right and when title to the unit is registered depend on how the deal is structured.

Fit-out, furnishing & handover
Our partner in Kyiv oversees the finishing works and furnishing, deals with the contractor and suppliers, and keeps you posted until the apartment is ready. Warranty on the works is set by the contract and Ukrainian law.

Letting
We connect you with a reliable, professional management company that takes care of renting the place out, for 10% of the rent. We make sure it also handles the tax on the rent in Ukraine, as required when the owner lives abroad.

Ongoing management
Your point of contact stays with you: updates, answers, and follow-through with everyone in Kyiv.

Selling, when you're ready
We handle the sale and moving the proceeds. Transfers out of Ukraine are subject to the currency rules in force at the time, so we go over this with you before you buy.
