Shai is based in Kyiv and runs everything local for our clients' apartments. He knows the market and the projects, works directly with developers and contractors, oversees fit-out and furnishing, and deals with suppliers and the authorities. For you, abroad, that means someone is on site, checking progress and sorting out problems as they come up. His doctoral research looks at the rise of populism in the West through the lens of law.
